Our Refund Policy

Most of low cost flight tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable but some tickets are partially refundable and changeable as per the ticket/airline rules. Flight/Booking cancellation notice must be given in writing by the person who has made the reservation. Initial deposit up to 50GBP is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Refunds processing admin charges £25 per person will apply.
